LangZhong Culture Tourism City 阆中文旅城

Strategically located within the new town of Langzhong City and overlooking the Jialing River, the proposed development comprises three separate land parcels featuring a mix of high-rise residential, commercial and community uses. The residential towers incorporate commercial spaces at the first and second storeys, with selected blocks arranged along internal streets to create an active and pedestrian-oriented frontage. The development also includes two-storey commercial buildings, a kindergarten, a high-rise serviced apartment and an office tower, while a dedicated commercial zone features individual buildings inspired by traditional architectural expressions. The residential towers are carefully oriented to maximise views towards the 200-metre-wide Jialing River, creating a cohesive new-town development that combines urban living, commercial activity and a strong connection to its waterfront setting.
