Cheng Jian Fenn, founder of Design Link Architects, graduated from the University of Singapore (now NUS) with a Bachelor of Architecture in 1980.

With over four decades of experience, he brings strong design, project management and transdisciplinary expertise across residential, industrial, mixed-use and master planning projects, with a focus on functional and value-driven design.

Seow Khee Han graduated from the University of Singapore (now NUS) with a Bachelor of Architecture in 1979 and joined Design Link Architects in 2018.

With extensive experience across residential, industrial and mixed-use developments, he oversees the firm’s HDB public housing projects, bringing strong analytical and management expertise to project delivery.

Alex graduated from the University of Singapore (now NUS) with a Bachelor of Architecture in 1991 and joined Design Link Architects the same year.

With extensive experience across Singapore and China, he has been involved in a diverse range of residential, industrial, commercial, condominium, mixed-use and HDB public housing projects. He brings strong design, analytical and management expertise to architectural practice.

Cheng Ding Yi is a registered Architect (Qualified Person), Design for Safety Professional (DFSP) and Universal Design Assessor, with a Master of Architecture from the National University of Singapore.

Her experience spans residential, mixed-use and institutional projects, with expertise in design, regulatory submissions, contract administration, project management and tender procurement. She brings strong analytical and strategic leadership skills, with a collaborative approach to project delivery and issue resolution.

Tze Yang holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Melbourne and joined Design Link Architects in 2018.

As a Qualified Person registered with the Board of Architects Singapore, he has extensive experience in residential, commercial, institutional and industrial projects, particularly HDB public housing. He brings strong expertise in design and project management, with a collaborative leadership approach to delivering projects and resolving challenges.

Steffi holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines, and has been with Design Link Architects since 2013.

As the firm’s design lead, she brings over 12 years of experience in design, regulatory submissions, contract administration and project management. She has led the design and delivery of large-scale housing projects, including Garden Vale and Garden Vines @ Tengah, which received the HDB Innovative Design Award for excellence in urban planning and architectural innovation.

Duke holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Tasmania, Australia, and joined Design Link Architects in 2022.

As a Senior Associate, he brings extensive experience in HDB public housing and mixed-use developments, with strong expertise in design, regulatory submissions and project management. He plays a key role in leading project teams, coordinating stakeholders and driving the successful delivery of projects, while bringing a detail-oriented and collaborative approach to project management.

Yu Jun holds a Master of Architecture from the National University of Singapore, with experience spanning residential, mixed-use and institutional projects. She is also a Registered Architect.

Her expertise covers design, regulatory submissions, contract administration and project management. She is actively involved in project coordination, working closely with consultants and project teams to support the effective and seamless delivery of projects.

Tovya graduated from National University of Singapore in with a degree in Master of Architecture. Her core strength includes design, regulatory submission and clearance,
contract administration, and project management.

Tovya has significant experience in healthcare, and institutional projects. She is actively involved in design, administration, and authority compliances.

Hartono holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Petra Christian University and a Diploma in Interior Design/Scenography from ESAT Paris.

With over 15 years of experience across HDB, institutional, infrastructure and residential projects, he brings strong expertise in design development, technical coordination and project management. As Senior Architectural Executive, he leads project teams, coordinates multidisciplinary consultants and drives projects from design development through delivery.

Clarice holds a Diploma in Architectural Technology from Singapore Polytechnic and has been with Design Link Architects since 1994. With over 30 years of experience, she serves as the firm’s Senior Technical Manager, providing strong technical and design expertise across complex developments.

Known for her analytical and detail-oriented approach, she excels in translating design concepts into practical, buildable solutions and ensuring well-coordinated project delivery.

Huzairi holds a Diploma in Design (Interior Design) from Singapore Polytechnic and brings over 20 years of experience across public housing, commercial, hospitality, data centre and residential projects. As Senior Technical Manager, he provides strong expertise in technical coordination, authority submissions and project delivery.

Known for his practical approach and strong communication skills, he works closely with clients, consultants and contractors to resolve technical and regulatory requirements and support well-coordinated project delivery.
