This two-phase resort development seeks to revitalise an existing fishing village in Langzhong comprising 34 traditional rural homes, where many younger residents have relocated to nearby cities for employment. The first phase is envisioned as a high-end boutique hotel with 14 rooms, thoughtfully planned around a central landscaped garden and organic farm. The resort is equipped with a range of amenities, including a restaurant, meeting rooms, children’s playroom, outdoor swimming pools and spa facilities, creating a holistic retreat that reconnects visitors with the village’s natural and rural character. The hotel also includes a ferry terminal serving visitors from nearby tourism destinations, while its accommodation comprises a mix of private pool suites and deluxe rooms overlooking the river.
