Located approximately 65 km from Chengdu City, the proposed 107-hectare master plan forms part of the 32 km² Hei Long Lake development, envisioned as a new leisure and holiday destination while preserving its role as a freshwater source and natural habitat. Comprising 16 parcels, the master plan draws inspiration from the terraced landscape of rice fields and integrates a mix of hotels, concert hall, education, F&B, commercial and residential uses. Lakeside amenities and a network of bridges connect the various parcels, creating a cohesive waterfront destination that blends nature, recreation and community.
