Yin Chuan Yong Ning Town Masterplan 银川永宁规划

Part of the Ningxia Province, Yinchuan City urbanisation programme, this 106-hectare master plan is envisioned as a new satellite town for Yong Nin County, centred around a future train station. Comprising 80% residential and 20% commercial uses, the development integrates a mix of housing, retail, F&B, offices, hotels and community amenities. Existing waterways are transformed into a network of lakes and meandering rivers, including a central F&B zone, while the porous layout of the residential precincts enhances natural ventilation, greenery and connectivity, creating a distinctive and climate-responsive new town.
