Located approximately 279 km from Chengdu, the proposed 46-hectare development forms part of the new town centre of Ying Shan County, with a high-speed rail terminal approximately 1 km away. Comprising nine land parcels arranged in a 9-square grid, the master plan is structured around a 4 km green corridor connecting an existing hill to the north with a man-made lake to the south. The central parcels form a green commercial spine with low-rise shops, water features and pedestrian walkways leading towards a planned museum, art gallery and amphitheatre, while a shopping mall, serviced apartments and hotel anchor the southern end. The surrounding parcels are primarily residential, complemented by low-rise commercial shops fronting the central spine.
