Tampines N4 C25

The second D&B Precinct in Tampines. The precinct won a Construction Industry Development Board Construction Excellence Award in 1997. It was the first HDB project to feature full height window located at the living room for four-room units and master bedroom for executive apartments created an aesthetically finished facade. The entrance arch to each block provides a distinct identity to each block. It also features a public sculpture.
