The proposed master plan of this 107ha (a total of 16 parcels) is inspired by the terracing profile of rice fields within which various amenities ranges from hotels, concert hall, education centers, F&B, commercial and residential are being considered. Various commercial amenities especially the F&B are all planned by the lake side and all parcels are linked by various bridges.
