Design Link Architects receives 2 awards at HDB Awards 2021

Design Link Architects is honoured to be conferred the Innovative Design Award (2020) and the Design Award (2021) by the Housing and Development Board (“HDB”) on 20th October 2021, for Garden Vines @ Tengah and Garden Vale @ Tengah and SkyParc @ Dawson, respectively.

The Innovative Design Award places emphasis on innovative and refreshing concepts that challenge and change the perception of public housing while the HDB Design Award recognizes excellent design in HDB projects.

 

 The design for Garden Vines @ Tengah and Garden Vale @ Tengah was recognized for its innovative approach to its unit design which offer various configurations and options to residents.

The design for SkyParc @ Dawson was recognized for its approach to blend high-rise living with greenery and biodiversity, making use of existing nature assets as a design language for way-finding and to promote a greater sense of place.
